This kind of familiarity is instilled in owners Jeremy Rubera and Emily Holland. Jeremy is a competitive athlete and certified coach/trainer who helps those around him feel comfortable and engaged. He’s a strong believer in obtaining the highest quality of human movement, so you’ll gain high brain function in play, performance, and life.
Emily, meanwhile, has been designing training programs and working with clients since 2010. She graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Psychology and Leadership Studies in 2012. However, she quickly discovered her true passion for fitness and decided to make that her career.
Of course, you can’t talk about the team without mentioning Shadow and Peanut. As the gym’s primary Sleep Specialist and Customer Relations Enthusiast, respectively, these pups bring a smile to clients’ faces with each visit.
Types of Programs Available
At this gym, you can take advantage of several different types of workout programs:
- Group Training
- Semi-Private Training
- Personal Training
With group training, you get unlimited access to group fitness classes as well as a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Assessment to gauge your current level.
Semi-Private Training gives you the benefits of Group Training, but in a more personal environment. In this case, you’ll have up to three people in a class, where individualized progressive training programs change every four to six weeks.
If you’d rather work out on your own but still want guidance, then Personal Training may be right for you. You’ll get a comprehensive training program that’s tailored to your specific goals, strengths, and weaknesses. By working one-on-one with a trainer, you’ll get the help you need to crush your goals.
